Strange how western country employ these as well as other less-lethals like LRADs, and as recent evets in Minneapolis and historically at Kent state show US forces are fine with executing protestors, yet many westerners consider China more Authoritarian than the US, despite those facts and others such as the PRC not being in a war for 45 years while the US drops on 45 bombs a day in the present day, and that the US has over 700 foreign military bases while every other country combined has 30(china accounts for one of those)
