The term varies by location. Left and right is usually more standardized. Also liberals by any definition are usually not regarded as authoritarian. Full stop.

Liberals are center right to center left depending on the degree. Liberals are not conservatives. You are confusing left and right, which is more defined. Liberals are not routinely labeled as authoritarian. Authoritarianism can happen in any political direction but routinely not associated which current western liberalism.

I don’t either but I’m not going to aid fascists by out casting moderates. You can do that and reap what you sow.
