The irony is that they most likely wont even get it, Dems and SocDems/DemSocs are there to dangle a carrot in front of your face, not to actually let you get it, your best chance of actually getting it for real, funny enough, is with a Socialist Revolution, which would also end Imperialism at the same time it ends Capitalism, because they are connected.
China has homes, healthcare, and generally good quality livelyhoods and jobs to nearly all of it’s 1.4 billion people, and despite all of the CIA’s propaganda trying to paint them as villains by making shit up, China has these things without the suffering and death the US’s Imperialism engages in and yet doesn’t even give you the same, China has this precisely because their Communist Party has guided the populace through the processes of building an early stage of Socialism, and as they continue through these stages, the Chinese people’s lives will continue getting better.
We can have this too, whether you live in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and so on or so forth, we’ve got our work cut out for us, but if we can successfully band together, protect one another, and win a Revolution against the Ruling Class Capitalists, we too can build a Socialist country that gives us such benefits. We need to also have solidarity with the Working Class the world over, the International nature of Capitalism demands an International Working Class to fight back, so don’t fall for the Capitalist’s “News” sources attempts to divide us against each other, Russia and Iran aren’t our enemy, the Capitalists themselves are, the the big Capital International party tent didn’t let Russia and Iran into it, so they aren’t friends and Critical Support for them means weakening Imperialism the world over that is the Working Classes biggest threat.
(his country will not get better healthcare )
Actual question, that’s a treatler?
A portmanteau of Hitler and treats
Someone who, when independence movements in the global south threaten the supply of cheap goods (treats) to the wealthy consumer countries, responds by adopting surprisingly Hitlerian views and supporting militaristic policies.
Basically people who tacitly or explicitly endorse imperialism as long as they get something out of it. Sometimes out of pure self interest but usually because of a misguided pessimistic pragmatism that thinks stopping the imperialism altogether is unrealistic.
Thank you for actually explaining it.
For a good intro to unequal exchange, and imperialism in the modern era, without reading a larger book, here’s a really good article: John Smith - the GDP illusion
every time i speak with bluemaga they respond like if i’d give two fucks about obamacare or whatever. bro your country literally couped my whole continent in operacion condor and im supposed to care about that shit? i want you to not be a nazi, not to be the lesser nazi
Für everyone with crappy Obamacare, there are five who can’t afford it.
Those doing that usually also have no idea about anything aca did or does. Especially fun when they can’t take that it’s Romneycare/the republicans plan
Yeah, the ACA was really a program to force people without insurance to pay private insurance companies, and on the other side they could no longer deny people. There was nothing progressive or positive about further entrenching this parasitic industry, and the ACA did nothing to reverse the trend of increasing healthcare costs.
The only positive it did was remove the ban on pre-existing conditions and allow kids to have family insurance longer. But yeah it was entirely a gift to the insurance companies.
Also conveniently took long enough to pass that way that they couldn’t do anything else with a super majority

Inb4 the “So you want MAGA to win?” and “How is Palestine under Trump” comments by BlueAnon.
Palestine is unironically “better” under Trump or less deadly anyway. It’s just liberals that need it to be so much worse so they can justify voting for their next centrist warmonger.
look sweaty as someone who doesn’t live in the US it doesn’t matter what you say because I actually have to live a diminished quality of life and I’ll be damned if I let SoLiDaRiTy get in the way of my treats
