Yeah, the ACA was really a program to force people without insurance to pay private insurance companies, and on the other side they could no longer deny people. There was nothing progressive or positive about further entrenching this parasitic industry, and the ACA did nothing to reverse the trend of increasing healthcare costs.
The only positive it did was remove the ban on pre-existing conditions and allow kids to have family insurance longer. But yeah it was entirely a gift to the insurance companies.
Also conveniently took long enough to pass that way that they couldn’t do anything else with a super majority
