Marxists stand exactly for the same thing as anarchists: communism (a classless stateless society). The difference is only in tactics.

It’s not saying that fascists do social programs. It’s saying, that imperial super profits are not enough anymore, so the mask comes off. Fascism arises, when the profit rate is so low, that domestic exploitation has to be ramped up above what’s possible within liberal democracy.

Even a very selfish, evil person would not normally support genocide. These people are on another level, an incredibly low one.
